Description Hickory smoking wood chunks are pieces of wood from pruning and cleaning of our managed woodlands. These pieces are served dry, in bags of 2.5 kg. These chunks are ideal for foods that need to be cooked and smoked for an extended period of time. Perfect match with Chicken, Beef, Pork and Wild game meat How to use: immerse the pieces of wood in water for at least 20 minutes; then add them to the incandescent charcoal. They can be used in gas or electric barbecues but using a smoker or placing them on a previously perforated aluminium tray.
